Please note that the fees of office levied in terms of regulation 84 of the regulations promulgated in terms of the Deeds Registries Act 47 of 1937 as well as the guideline of fees recommended by the Law Society of South Africa for conveyancing duties performed have been increased with effect from 1 April 2016.
In a previous News Flash we sent you an updated version of the recommended transfer and bond fees in respect of transactions between R 600 000,00 and 5 Million. Herewith kindly find the updated version for transactions between 5 Million and 20 Million inclusive of the updated deeds office registration fee and transfer duty.
